My name is Penny Musgrave. I hope you find this site the most helpful place in your search for musical knowledge. I offer my students the best methods to acquire the knowledge they need to play their instrument.

I offer my complete dedication to my student's learning experience with no cancelled lessons unless there is sickness or emergency situations.

I have a BS Degree in Music Education from Findlay College, now known as The University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. Numerous Music clinics and Continuing Education at Goshen College, Goshen, Indiana and Bluffton College, Bluffton, Ohio included in my resume. I was a Substitute Teacher in the Public School System before deciding to become a Private Instructor and establishing KeyNote Music Studio.

I have been a judge in Piano and Voice for the Ohio Federation of Music Clubs for the past six years.

I have been teaching Piano and Guitar since 1979 and have added Bass Guitar and Mandolin to my repertoire of instruments for a greater range of musical genres; Classical, Country, Bluegrass and Pop Music.

Some products for my guitar students at KeyNote Music Studio are Acoustic and Electric Guitar Strings, made in Akron, Ohio. These strings are available in light and extra light guage, which is perfect for the beginning guitar student. Mandolin strings are also available in medium and light.

Another new product at Keynote Music Studio this year, are the Professor Guitar Tuners. This is not your ordinary guitar tuner. It has a resource of chords for easy viewing. There are other accessories not mentioned here but are available and are shown in my pictures on this site.
